9:10-10:00 Jason Taiaroa – an overview of conservation mahi in the wider Whanganui area

10:30-11:30 Stella Kake (Bay Bush Action) and Dean Baigent-Mercer (forest activist):  Forest collapse in Te Tai Tokerau and how people are saving the ngahere
11:30-12:00 Ian Tarei Omataroa Kiwi Project – their story of building a successful kiwi project that protects their taonga
