Nominations Now Open
He waka eke noa—We are all in this together
As Nominations open for our Post-Settlement Governance Entity (PSGE), Te Korowai o Wainuiārua Trust, we want to ensure that all members are prepared to participate effectively. To align with the election process, it is essential that you select your primary tūpuna on the MāoriMe platform.
After several years of engaging whānau about a Post-Settlement Governance Entity, our iwi chose a tūpuna-based model to receive and manage the settlement redress on behalf of Te Korowai o Wainuiārua. This means there will be three representatives per tūpuna—Uenuku, Tamahaki, and Tamakana—resulting in a trustee board of nine.
Important Note: It is your responsibility to keep your contact details updated to avoid missing out on important information regarding elections.
